What are Claim Status Alerts?

Learn about when you'll get alerted about a client's claim

Brokers who are the lead broker on a Corvus Smart Cyber Insurance or Smart Tech E&O account will be sent an automatic email at each of three points in the Claims process.

1

Claim has been opened.

2

A coverage letter has been issued.

3

Claim has been closed.

Much more information about the status of the claim is available on the client's Claim Detail page, which you'll be able to reach directly via the link in the alert email. These alerts are not sent to the policyholder, so be sure to advise them of any key updates.

Note: At this time, any brokers on the broker team for an account who are not the lead broker will not receive email updates.
