Corvus Insurance Welcomes Madhu Tadikonda as President

Former AIG chief underwriter joins Corvus at major growth point for the company.

Welcome to the Flock: Madhu Tadikonda, President of Corvus Insurance

BOSTON (September 28, 2021) -- Corvus Insurance, the leading provider of smart commercial insurance products powered by AI-driven risk data, today welcomed Madhu Tadikonda as its first President.

Tadikonda brings over a decade of insurance experience with him to Corvus, both from the traditional carrier and InsurTech perspective. He began his insurance career at AIG, serving as both Chief Data Scientist in Commercial Insurance and then Global Chief Underwriting Officer. More recently, Tadikonda co-founded Archipelago Analytics, an innovative data platform that uses AI to digitize risk for large owners of commercial property. He was also a founding executive at bolttech, the world’s largest insurance exchange.

What Are the Next Steps for Corvus?

In his new role as Corvus’s President, Tadikonda aims to collaborate with policyholders, brokers, and reinsurers to face and mitigate the rapidly evolving threats and cyber risks to the core digital assets and online operations of today’s businesses. Using data, AI, and advanced technology, Corvus has emerged as the partner of choice in this dynamic sector. Tadikonda’s appointment is a key step in preparing the company for its next phase of hyper-growth; Corvus hit a major milestone of 200 employees earlier this year and expects to double headcount in the next year.

“Corvus has reached a critical moment in its growth story, and the timing couldn’t be better for me to join such a groundbreaking organization,” said Tadikonda. “Today Corvus has an industry-leading product in Smart Cyber Insurance® and continues to collaborate across the industry to develop dynamic and data-driven risk mitigation solutions. I would like to thank the entire Corvus team for welcoming me into the flock and I look forward to helping take this organization and its talented minds to new heights.”

“Corvus continues to bring in the best and brightest minds in both technology and insurance, and Madhu is no exception,” said Phil Edmundson, Founder & CEO of Corvus Insurance. “We are excited to welcome Madhu into the Corvus family during this exciting growth period for the organization as we work together to make this world a safer place.”
